"Tripface was a great band and its sad they broke up after only one CD release. I got to see them live a few times in the mid-90's and was always a great experience. Scotty Tripface is a great writer/singer- his lyrics are amazingly emotional and raw with the rest of the band producing great music to make you want to keep listening again and again. It's not screaming hardcore, but it's not the poppy punk hardcord mostly heard today...nor is it too emo-y. It's straight up Long Island Straight Edge hardcore and it rocks plain and simple. The cover of "I wanna rock" is a great highlight of this CD, but my personal favorite is 480."
